ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

      • 7-Day Window: You must request a refund within 7 days of purchasing the course.

      • Significant Error: The issue must be a mistake or error that significantly impacts your ability to learn from the course.

      • No Easy Fix: The error should not have a readily available and easy solution.

      • Exam Deadline: Your request must be submitted before 5 days before the course’s exam date.

     

    EXCLUSIONS

        • User Error: Refunds are not granted for issues resulting from user error, device compatibility, or personal preference.

        • Past the Deadline: Refunds cannot be processed after the 7-day window has closed.

        • Pre-Exam Requests: Refunds cannot be processed within 5 days of the course’s exam date.

        • Discounts & Sharing: Refunds are not available if you used a coupon or promo code or if your account is accessed by multiple individuals.

       

      HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

      To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

          • Within 7 days of your purchase, send an email to [email protected] detailing the issue you encountered.

          • In the email subject, mention “Refund Request” for quicker processing.

          • Provide a thorough description of the problem you encountered during the course.

          • Optionally, attach screenshots or any relevant documentation to help us understand the issue better.

          • Our team will carefully review your request and assess its validity.

          • Once reviewed, we’ll notify you of the decision regarding your refund request.

        Thank you for your cooperation. We’re here to ensure your satisfaction with our services.

        You can expect to receive a resolution within 3 business days. If eligible, a refund or credit may be issued, at the discretion of GradeGuru. Please be advised that refund processing times may extend to 5-10 business days, contingent upon the policies and procedures of the respective banking institution.
